For Joshua, construction has always been part of life. He grew up learning the trade alongside his dad, swinging a hammer long before most people knew what they wanted to do for a living.

At 20, he built his first duplex to help pay for college, an experience that sparked both a love of the process and a respect for doing things the right way. That early project laid the groundwork for what would become North Grove Homes: a company built on honesty, clarity, and care in every detail.

Together, Joshua and Jennifer bring that same grounded approach to every home they build across Kelowna and the Okanagan. Whether it’s a custom home, income suite, or outdoor space, their focus is always on creating homes that reflect real life — functional, lasting, and thoughtfully designed for the people who live in them.

Jennifer brings structure, design insight, and strong communication — keeping projects organized and clients informed from start to finish.
